9. If the Apex III Dock is to be mounted in the vertical position

(e.g. on a wall), remove the PDT Mounting Hook from within

the Apex III PDT resting area (refer to Figure 3-9).

10. Flip the PDT Mounting Hook over and re-insert it into the

slot to prevent the Apex III PDT from sliding downward

during vertical mounting of the Dock (refer to Figure 3-9).

11. To use the Dock spare charging slot, insert an Apex III

Battery Pack into the charging slot on the top rear of the

Apex III Dock (refer to Figure 3-10, Warning, and Note).
